This Android application is designed to display affirmations to the user who can select different programs like "Health & Fitness", "Mental Health", "Relationships", etc., or create their own custom affirmations. The app comes with a base set of programs and offers an optional "Premium" upgrade that provides additional features and more affirmation words/phrases. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our app.
By logging in to Mind Lies using your Google account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
- Mind Lies is a paid app with a base program available upon purchase.
- Users can upgrade to a "Premium" subscription, which unlocks additional affirmation words/phrases and functionalities, including custom color themes for affirmations.
- The cost of the Premium subscription is handled through Google Play, and Google's Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions.
- Users are advised to review Google Play's policies before making any purchase.
- Users log in through their Google account. The app uses Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Firestore.
- The only information stored in Firebase Firestore is whether the user is a Premium user or not and any custom programs/affirmations created by the user.
- By logging in, users acknowledge and accept the use of Firebase tools for app improvement purposes. No data is shared with third parties.
- Users can delete their account through the app.
- Upon account deletion, all associated data in Firestore will be permanently deleted, including custom programs and Premium status.
- Users with a Premium subscription acknowledge the risk of losing the subscription status and any associated data upon deletion.
- As all payments are processed through Google Play, refunds, if any, will be subject to Google's refund policy.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be provided by Mind Lies outside of Google Play's policies.
- Mind Lies reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified of any significant changes to the terms, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
